February brought meaningful moments, joyful celebrations, and heartfelt connections across CareCore communities. From honoring Black History Month to sharing sweet treats, special visits, and team appreciation, residents and staff came together in ways that made the month truly memorable. Here’s a look at some of the highlights!

Lakeridge – Black History Month Spotlight

Lakeridge shifted from Valentine’s festivities into a meaningful Black History Month celebration, highlighting activity assistant Talibah and speech therapist Betty. Their dedication and daily positivity continue to brighten residents’ lives and inspire the entire community.

CareCore at Gaymont – Valentine’s Celebration

Residents enjoyed a festive Valentine’s party at the Enrichment Center of Huron, complete with sweet treats, flashing rings, music, dancing, and fun photo opportunities.

Doug and Grimble, an Anatolian shepherd registered with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs, continue to bring comfort and joy to residents. Grimble’s visits create meaningful moments, offering companionship, emotional support, and plenty of smiles.

Willowood – Dairy Queen Lunch Bunch

Willowood residents enjoyed a fun Dairy Queen lunch bunch outing, combining favorite treats with social connection and a change of scenery.

Residents at Westmoreland received a thoughtful visit from Gideons Jim and Sieglinde Ewing, who delivered Bibles and shared meaningful moments of reflection and connection.
